Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay.

We also accept payment via bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments, just contact us for further details.

We currently do offer cash on delivery when you purchase through direct message on instagram @archived.ae.

Onlu available to GCC countries.

Returns

Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our customer service before placing your order. 

We offer a 7-day return policy for any items that are in their original, unused condition.

Customers may return items for exchange with an item for another item of equal or lesser value.

Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. 

The product must not be damaged, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders.

Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international orders.

You may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet.

If an order has already been shipped, you may return the order for exchange.

If you wish to change an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
